ZTE are bringing out the first Android phone with octa-core Snapdragon 615 and Lollipop 5.0 – all for $250 (which is roughly around £164!)
The ZTE Blade S6 – we keep wondering why they chose that name – has a 5 inch HD display with octa-core 64-bit Snapdragon 615 chipset. It also includes 2GB of RAM with 16GB internal storage and a microSD slot. On the rear, there is a 13MP camera whilst the front camera is 5MP. With a 2400mAh battery this phone should – on average – last 4-5 hours with heavy use (using GPS, 3G, WiFi). It also has what ZTE call Smartsense – for example, it can turn on the flashlight with a flick of the wrist – impressive, right?
The Blade S6 will be available from AliExpress on February 10th and ready for global sales on February 27th.
